Re: small test deposit at a new offshore site, how it went

<t>Good of you to actually do it instead of just preaching it.<br/>
<br/>
That £50 minimum buried in the terms is exactly the sort of trap I moan about. They waived it for you, fine, but only because you queried. Most folk wouldn't spot it till they're stuck. vabbe', tells you to read the cashout ...

Re: Anyone using Open Banking or PayPal for withdrawals

open banking's the business. tried it last month, money in before i'd even closed the tab near enough.

not bothered with paypal, extra hoop for no reason when the bank one's quicker anyway. each to their own though.

Re: Bonus looked too good and the wagering was buried

<t>Spins capped at £20 is the bit that'd put me right off. Why bother. You grind 60x effective for a tenner of upside, makes no sense.<br/>
<br/>
The 40p max bet trap gets folk constantly an' all. You're up, you get a bit excited, bump the stake, bonus gone. They know exactly what they're doing with ...

Re: Anyone else find live dealer tables better midweek?

Aye it's quieter midweek, no argument. Whether that makes you play better is another thing. Calmer table, calmer head, smaller stakes. Probably saves you money more than anything.

Weekend crowd brings out the chasers. Midweek it's mostly regulars having a sensible go.

offshore licence, does it even mean anything

<t>Honest question. Every offshore site slaps a Curacao badge in the footer and acts like that's a seal of approval. Does it actually mean owt?<br/>
<br/>
With UKGC I know roughly what it buys me. Audited, complaints route, segregated funds, the lot. With these offshore licences I genuinely can't ...

<t>Walk away now. Not in a month, now.<br/>

Variance is variance and you can dress it up however you like but six weekends of nothing is your brain telling you to do something else on a Saturday morning. I had a run like that last autumn, twelve sessions of bins, and the second I stopped ...

Re: Debit card vs e-wallet withdrawals and the real timings

e-wallet every time for me. card's a waste of time.

last debit cashout sat there two days then landed at 7am like nowt happened. ewallet same site, few hours, sorted. fair play to open banking though, not tried it but you lot keep banging on about it so might give it a go.

Re: how i set deposit limits and why it actually helped

Set mine and forgot about it, which is exactly what you want. No drama, just a wall that's there when you're not thinking straight. Took two minutes to do.

<t>Naggy is the word. Three pop ups in one session the other night. I get why but it breaks the flow something rotten.<br/>

No affordability ask for me yet, but I keep deposits small and spread out, so probably not surprising. The slot stake cap I have noticed, can't whack the same amount per ...

Re: Your daftest small win, the silly one not the jackpot

<t>Three quid. Free spins, no deposit thing, ages back.<br/>

The daft part is I'd completely forgotten the account existed, logged in months later expecting nowt and there's three pound sat there from spins I didn't remember playing. Felt like finding a tenner in an old coat. Wagering on it ...
